When I say that I believe women can lead men into temptation by the clothes that they wear, that “temptation” I speak of can take the form of anything from masturbation to cheating/committing adultery to having meaningless sex to simply thinking thoughts that are impure in sight of the Lord. Like I mentioned in the previous post, I believe rape is unlinked to the way a woman chooses to dress. It is a power issue, and it does not necessarily correlate to the sex appeal or otherwise outwards appearance of a woman.
I would also like to point out that “stupid” or not, an opinion is still an opinion. You may disagree with my beliefs and my values, but it is still your opinion that my opinion needs correcting.
Finally, I have no qualms with public scorn or arguments, so I am at a loss for how people think it bothers me. On the contrary, I am filled with nothing but the utmost love and respect for each of you, as you are my neighbors. And the Lord’s second greatest commandment is to “love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:31).
Therefore I wish you each happiness and blessed days. That though we appear to be adversaries in discussions, we may be allies in life.
