formspring started out with good intentions, but i feel like now people are just abusing it. it has become a breeding ground for bullying and i can’t support something so destructive.
while i do see the advantages and fun of formspring, to me the cons outweigh the pros now.
i was getting many questions bashing me and my beliefs, but that wasn’t even the reason why i was swayed into disabling my account. what i couldn’t stand was seeing that some of my friends got “questions” telling them to kill themselves. that was the last straw so i went to the settings menu, clicked disable and logged out. and that was that.
